I'm a survivor of abuse but I'm so much more than my abuse!
This blog is about my journey out of abuse, but it's also a way to support other survivors.
I have made it my goal to peak up for those who can't yet speak for themselves, to pave the way for others who are still caught in silence or fear to find their voice, to step out of their comfort zone and break the silence, and start speaking out. I want to offer hope and encouragement to those who are just starting their healing or offer something to those who are seasoned veterans after the war of childhood trauma.
There is hope and healing after abuse.
I hope to add more videos, write a weekly or monthly blog, and start doing podcasts.
